If Smart Serum Drink Mix doesn't outperform any drink that you're currently using, send us an email and we will refund your money.
Our policy is effective 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, you must send the remaining Smart Serum back to us via USPS.
To complete your return, send an email with the order number to email@example.com. We will get back with you promptly and follow up with a full refund.
Refund on items that are returned more than 30 days after date of purchase (if applicable) Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also alert you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be handled, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you’ve yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account. Then reach out to your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank again. There is usually a processing period before a refund is posted.
